Hi everyone, this is a weekly blog post where we document changes to our team based on bookie’s odds. Having done this last season we’d like to think we’ve learned from our mistakes and aim to finish higher than our top 7% finish. This is not a wildcard XI or a team of the best possible players, this is an actual team which we have had since GW1 and have made changes to throughout the season. With the introduction and warning away, no to introduce to you the bookie’s team for Game Week 28. This post will review our changes and reason as to why we brought them in.

Currently, we’re 9,982nd in the world and aim to be in the top 1% by the end of the season. All with the help of the bookies.

Another good week, thanks to our wildcard helped us further up the rankings and back into the top 10k. With a number of blanks, we relied heavily on our defence.,  24 of our 45 points came from Robertson, Kolasinac, Doherty and Fabianski. With a banked transfer it allows us consider making moves looking forward further blanks, and looking and players in our team which currently have bad fixtures. Unfortunately for us this week, we have two keepers which have two of the lowest clean sheet probabilities this game week, with both Fabianski and Boruc unlikely to keep a clean sheet.

With moves for Arsenal’s assets looming given their fixtures after Bournemouth, we’ve decided to make two moves this gameweek, with Son coming out for Maddison, and Vardy coming in for Rashford. Son coming out normally should be something which is accepted, but we understand that in this day in age everyone isn’t accepting. So we’ll explain ourselves, with Kane back he is less likely to play further forward, and with an away fixture to Chelsea, followed by Arsenal he could be rotated in the league, and even if he does play he’ll be less likely to score. There are better options available in the short term. In bringing in Maddison we bring in a longer named Son.

Rashford makes way for Vardy, mainly due to him potentially being ruled out of the game week. Ole had this to say:

‘Rashy we’re still waiting to see how his ankle is responding to the treatment, muscle injuries are too early to think about. That’s it. There’s quite a few out.’

Leicester assets are valuable right now, with Brighton, Watford, Fulham, Burnley, Bournemouth, Newcastle, and West Ham being their 7 next fixtures.  Moving out Son lets us bring in Vardy, and while Son has a higher XP than Maddison, he has a much lower point per million value.

Aubameyang or Kolasinac will make way in GW29, due to their away fixture to Spurs, followed by a fixture to United, and then a blank.

Our expected points this week is: 57.97, a cracker of a week expected!
