The Bookie’s Team: Game Week 21 #FPL

First off! Merry Christmas and happy New Year, thanks to everyone for reading this year and hopefully we’ve helped you over the last season and a half!

Hi everyone, this is a weekly blog post where we document changes to our team based on bookie’s odds. Having done this last season we’d like to think we’ve learned from our mistakes and aim to finish higher than our top 7% finish. This is not a wildcard XI or a team of the best possible players, this is an actual team which we have had since GW1 and have made changes to throughout the season. With the introduction and warning away, no to introduce to you the bookie’s team for Game Week 21. This post will review our changes and reason as to why we brought them in.

Currently, we’re 25,523rd in the world and aim to be in the top 1% by the end of the season. All with the help of the bookies. To view the team, click on the following link: OddsonFPLTeam

One of our transfers from a couple of weeks ago hasn’t worked off though, with Joe Hart seemingly being dropped for Burnley as Tom Heaton replaced him in a 2-0 win. We’re unsure if it is rotation, or if Hart has permanently lost his place. Time will tell. Fabianski still starts this week.

Our two transfers in last week performed well with Rashford scoring and assisting, while Martial assisted. Unfortunately it looks like he could be ruled out of this fixture through injury. With Salah’s price continuing to rise and their fixtures getting better after this fixture to City it is hard to bring him out for Hazard given the value we’d lose. Vice captaining Doherty this week as he is our second highest scoring player. We’re choosing to bank a transfer and trust Ings should he come on for Rashford.

81 points last week, surely we can’t match it again! The bookies expect us to get 56.89 points.

Lukasz Fabianski Expected Points 3.52

I'm an avid fan of football and a season ticket holder for Bohemian FC in Ireland. I've supported Man United as long as I've known football, and tried to play until I was unable to. I used to work as a trader and have always had an interest in gambling. This website combines the two interests and hopefully helps a few others in making better decisions
